Kyle Frazier threw two touchdown passes and David Sinisi rushed for a touchdown and caught another, leading Monmouth (N.J.) to a 24-10 win over St. Francis (Pa.) on Saturday.
Frazier was 17-for-21 with 128 yards for the Hawks (5-4, 4-2 Northeast Conference), and Sinisi rushed for 168 yards on 27 carries.
