A pro-family advocate is calling for the dismissal of Arne Duncan as education secretary.
Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality says that while Arne Duncan was running Chicago's schools, he was very pro-homosexual and even supported a homosexual school. Now LaBarbera says Duncan is taking that pro-homosexual agenda nationwide as Obama's education secretary. "He's placed Kevin Jennings in charge of SafeSchools. Kevin Jennings, the founder of GLSEN -- the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network -- whose whole agenda is to promote homosexuality and transsexuality in schools," he points out. (See related article) Jennings official position is as assistant deputy secretary of the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools. LaBarbera is calling for the removal of Jennings, but says Duncan needs to step aside as well. The Family Research Council is also calling for the removal of Jennings and has launched a website called StopJennings.org. Brian Camenker of MassResistance has posted audio recordings of GLSEN's "FistGate" scandal, where members of GLSEN spoke to students as young as 12-years-old and explained to them in detail various forms of homosexual sex. Those audio recordings and transcriptions are posted on MassResistance.org.
