Another Indiana abortion clinic is accused of violating the law and failing to report statutory rape.

baby ultrasoundFor the second time this month, Lila Rose, a college student at UCLA and founder of Live Action Films, walked into an Indiana Planned Parenthood clinic and videotaped what appears to be damaging criminal evidence of staff members.

Marc Tuttle of Right to Life of Indianapolis picks up the story. "A counselor and initially an intake counselor...offered to cover up what appeared to be statutory abuse," he explains. "The situation presented to them was a 13-year-old girl who was there to seek an abortion to hide her relationship from her parents with a 31-year-old man."

Earlier this month, Rose taped a similar exchange at a Bloomington, Indiana, abortion clinic. The counselor there was fired. The representative in this second video, according to an IndyStar.com article, has been suspended without pay pending an investigation of the footage.

Having sex with a child under the age of 14 is considered a felony under Indiana law. The molestation offense is worse if the abuser is older than 21, and the law requires abuse cases to be reported to police.

Tuttle says there is now a strong call for state and local probes. "State Representative Jackie Walorski, who is from near South Bend, has written a letter to Attorney General Steve Carter requesting he investigate, and there are also requests for the Marion County prosecutor Carl Brizzi to investigate this as well," Tuttle adds.

Walorski told IndyStar.com she hopes Planned Parenthood will lose its government funding if the footage reveals its employees "were giving improper advice."
