 The state of South Dakota and Planned Parenthood (PP) have been battling in court over the state’s informed consent law. The law requires doctors to tell women seeking an abortion that it will “terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being,” and they could face serious medical issues.

PTC, AFA condemn court’s reversal of Super Bowl fine

Texas Bible decision may start trend
