A public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption says CBS's 60 Minutes has completely exposed the Obama administration's lies and cover-up related to the terrorist attack on a U.S. consulate facility in Libya that left four Americans dead.
On Sunday, 60 Minutes correspondent Lara Logan interviewed several key individuals who confirmed that the attack on the U.S. Consulate was a carefully planned al Qaeda terrorist operation – not a spontaneous event triggered by a YouTube video.
Chris Farrell is a spokesman for Judicial Watch, which has sued the government for records related to the Benghazi attack. He says the 60 Minutes segment was a remarkable report.
"This 60 Minutes segment really stripped away all the doubletalk and outright lies,” says Farrell. “It completely disassembles the Obama administration's cover story, their lie about what they were doing."
Farrell also suggests the 60 Minutes report will not help former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is expected to make a 2016 presidential bid.
He tells OneNewsNow: "A smart campaign will show her shrieking at Senator Johnson, 'What difference does it make?' endlessly against pictures of the consulate burning, the images of the four Americans who were killed and sound bites of authoritative people saying we asked for help but they ignored us. They told us no."
The 60 Minutes report raises grave questions that the administration needs to be challenged on, says Farrell.

A senior Army strategist believes a recent report on the CBS news magazine 60 Minutes about the September 2012 attack in Benghazi has proven critics of President Obama were right.
