NARAl anti-Kavanaugh tweetA veteran conservative activist warns that prominent Democrats are putting their cherished right to abortion ahead of due process and the presumption of innocence for Brett Kavanaugh.

Gary Bauer of the Campaign for Working Families says that isn't his opinion --- it's the opinion of Democrats who are suggesting that Kavanaugh must prove he is innocent of sexual assault allegations.

"We have seen Democrat senators say repeatedly," says Bauer, "that the due process of law, and the presumption of innocence, doesn't apply when it's somebody that believes the things that Judge Kavanaugh believes, i.e. a conservative, a man of faith, somebody they think may possibly save a few babies if he ends of being part of a five-vote majority that would put limits on unbridled abortion on demand."

Brett KavanaughSome senators, in fact, who are demanding an FBI investigation into the allegations have stated publicly that they will vote against Kavanaugh, meaning they are a "nay" vote regardless of the findings.

Still other organizations such as abortion group NARAL have warned that the Supreme Court nominee could help overturn Roe v. Wade, and such a decision means Kavanaugh would be liable for the deaths of women.

Alan Dershowitz, the liberal Harvard Law professor, told Fox News recently that Kavanaugh would be afforded the presumption of innocence if he was the pick of a liberal president in the White House. The professor imagined the furor if a Muslim nominee was accused of terrorism as a teenager.

"The ACLU would be all over this case: No, you can't presume guilt of terrorism," Dershowitz suggested.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, meanwhile, announced Monday that a floor vote is coming this week.

Hopefully, Bauer tells OneNewsNow, the campaign to destroy Kavanaugh has awakened the American public, which is witnessing the radicalized Left create a dangerous environment for conservatives.
