Operation Rescue has obtained heavily redacted records from the Cuyahoga Falls Fire Department indicating a 33-year-old-woman had to be rushed to a hospital after an abortion at Northeast Ohio Women's Center.

Sullenger, CherylOperation Rescue's Cheryl Sullenger reviewed the Women's Center documents that relate to abortionist David Burksons. She says his license was suspended last year for six months.

"Now he's back to work," says Sullenger, "but he's still on probation for, I believe, it's five years. So he has proven himself to be a really dangerous abortionist."

The pro-life activist alleges that Burksons was writing prescriptions for 14 people, with no medical records, and some of them weren't actual patients.

Operation Rescue is recommending that the state shut down the 71-year-old Burkon's clinic for good.
